Traversed 95% on a dirt road with undemanding gradients, it allows starting from Ranco to visit four of the seven existing lakes in Varese Province.
In fact, through very suggestive views we pass from Lake Maggiore, to Lake Monate, then to Lake Varese and finally Lake Corgeno.
Between the last two lakes, we also cross the Brabbia Swamp, the most important nature reserve in the province of Varese and one of the most important in Lombardy.
